Run your service business on ZatZim — from your first job to getting paid. Use the ZatZim Partner app.

Getting started

1. Download ZatZim Partner from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign up and complete your profile — photo, contact details, and the services you offer.
3. Allow notifications so you never miss a new job request.

Providers vs. professionals

A provider runs a service business and may have a team. A professional is a team member who carries out jobs assigned by a provider. The app shows each role the tools relevant to them — providers can assign work and see the full picture, while professionals focus on the jobs assigned to them.

Listing your services

Add the services you offer with clear titles, descriptions, and pricing so customers know exactly what they're booking. Keep your availability up to date so you only get requests you can take.

Receiving & managing jobs

The job flow

1. You get a notification when a customer requests a booking.
2. Review the details and accept (or decline) the request.
3. Coordinate with the customer through in-app chat if needed.
4. Mark the job in progress when you start, and complete when finished.

You can see all your jobs and their status at any time in the app.

Earnings & payouts

Two numbers help you understand your money:

• Total Sales — the full value of the jobs you've completed.
• Total Earnings (Net Earnings) — what you actually keep after ZatZim's commission. This is your real take-home and only grows over time.

Your Payouts screen shows what has been paid out to you and your payout history. For how commissions are split between ZatZim, providers and professionals, see Payments & payouts.

Adding your bank details

So you can be paid, add your banking information in the app under Bank Details:

• Bank Name
• Name on Account
• Account Number
• Account Type (Checking or Savings)
• Email Address

💡 Double-check your account number and name — accurate details mean your payouts arrive without delay.

Handling cash jobs

When a customer pays cash, you collect the money directly. The app shows each party their net share — what they keep — and, where relevant, any amount to hand over. Keep everything recorded in the app so your earnings stay accurate.

Ratings & reputation

After each completed job, customers can rate you. Great service earns great reviews, which help you win more bookings. Respond professionally and keep your quality high to grow your business on ZatZim.
