You can ask us to delete your ZatZim account, or to delete specific personal data while keeping your account. We honor every valid request.
When you request account deletion, we remove your personal profile information, including your name, email, phone number, address and profile photo, and your account is closed.
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, transaction and booking records needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before completing the request, to protect your account.
Submit the form below, or email support@zatzim.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Please send it from the email address linked to your account.
For your security, we only act on requests we can verify against the account on file. If we can't verify the request, we may ask for more information before proceeding.
